On the day that the UK opened negotiations with the EU over Brexit by lamely conceding to the EU's timetable, Ian King, Sky's Business Editor, had a more upbeat piece in The Times about the appointment of Crawford Falconer, New Zeland's former Ambassador to the World Trade Organisation, as the UK's chief trade negotiation adviser.
