Portfolio update: new growth stock added

I have opened a new position in the Growth Stock portfolio and ditched another more recent addition (wondering indeed why I ever thought about adding it in the first place, a not uncommon occurrence). A reminder that what I am looking for with this portfolio is a fast growing quality business that ideally requires little capital, is healthily profitable and has a strong balance sheet with the potential to grow into overseas markets as well as in its UK base. If it meets these criteria I will look to hold the shares indefinitely, since keeping turnover to a minimum is such a core discipline. But ditching or doubling up if a stock does not perform in its first six months after purchase is also part of the approach.
